Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated team member to structure, lead, deliver, and analyze the sales forecast in support of the Customer Success Group's (CSG) Sales Organization. This role will be focused on delivering the forecast & go-to-market strategy for our Success Plan products (Premier & Signature). The role will require business analysis and Salesforce reporting work, as well as the ability to partner and collaborate with team members throughout Salesforce.
This role will use data to forecast the performance of the global Success Plan business on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role will provide insights into performance by region, product, & market segment, and use that data to make recommendations on go-to-market strategy adjustments that should be pursued. Deliverables include sales strategy, identifying focus areas, sales program proposals, custom performance analysis, process documentation, reporting, and dashboards to presentation-ready content for senior Salesforce leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, prepare, and present the weekly sales forecast & quarterly business review to senior leadership
- Use data to execute, track, and report on the success of sales initiatives
- Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams
- Leverage data and insights to make recommendations to the business, prepare ad-hoc analysis, & lead projects as needed
- Represent the Success Plan Sales team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Consulting or related fields
- Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Skills
- Proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Snowflake, & SQL
- Maintaining accuracy while manipulating large data sets
- Comfortable diving into data to develop recommendations based on partner feedback & business needs
- Strong communication skills to translate complex info into easily digestible insights and executive presentations
- Outstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendations
- Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
- Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,000.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
