The Global Seller Experience Change Management (GSX-CM) team is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our group within the Global Business Growth and Automation (GBGA) function. We work closely with multi-functional Delivery Domains, Business Technology, and L2C business partners at Salesforce to implement strategic change management and organizational change initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that technology solutions effectively address difficulties for Sellers and Operators, improving their overall experience and driving adoption.
In this role, the Senior Analyst, Change Management will support the execution of enterprise-wide programs of varying complexity, collaborating with multi-functional teams throughout Salesforce. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth, positive experience for Sellers and Operators by leading one or more change workstreams based on the project's complexity. We're looking for a proactive, independent problem solver who thrives in collaborative team environments, and possesses expertise in analyzing business requirements, mapping end-user persona journeys, fostering multi-functional partnerships, conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and implementing readiness tactics that improve overall end-user experience while driving adoption and sustainment of change.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position is an individual contributor role and reports into the GSX Change Management team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead medium-scale change initiatives or give significantly to larger enterprise-wide change programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with L2O Business Stakeholders, Domain leads, Business Technology (BT), and Product teams to review business requirements and translate them into persona-based change impacts, focusing on people, processes, and technology.
- Support the execution of change management strategies and plans to enhance the return on investment (ROI) of initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with domain experts and leadership to develop and communicate consistent, clear messaging and content for key programs.
- Plan and coordinate with Program teams and change networks to deliver engaging activities that promote understanding and awareness of key changes.
- Collect and analyze feedback from key collaborators, demonstrating both qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of change efforts and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates on activity status to program leadership, collaborating to resolve risks and issues and ensure successful program progression.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- 5+ years experience in developing, implementing and motivating change management activities.
- Ability to clearly diagnose and articulate a business problem and provide effective change readiness recommendations.
- Good interpersonal abilities that tailor seamlessly to appropriate audiences (i.e., managers, employees, HR Business Partners, etc.)
- Change Management certification or equivalent experience (i.e., Prosci certified)
- Ability to multi-task across work-streams as needed and prioritize tasks based on defined program goals and achievements.
- Ability to collaborate and influence multi-functional teams in a large, matrixed organization.
- Analytical skills to drive insights from data and measure the impact of change and engagement programs at scale.
