Job Description:

As a Sr. Analyst on the Event Enablement team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining comprehensive metrics dashboards and reports. You will contribute to the team's goals of operational excellence and success by providing valuable, comprehensive insights that enhance our strategic event portfolio across key product and industry segments. This role reports directly to the Director of Event Enablement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead enablement reporting efforts across strategic events portfolio, including building and maintaining Tableau dashboards to track marketing-driven pipeline (MDP), marketing matured ACV, top account reg attainment, and other relevant metrics by Product, Industry, and sales OU.
  • Act as enablement lead for select World Tour events, developing necessary content and resources for sales teams
  • Develop reporting to support internal sales incentives by individual AE and sales OU.
  • Report on sales follow up completion
  • Collaborate closely with the strategic events marketing team to report on event registration data segmented by Product and Industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the field marketing team to report and analyze enablement performance by code and target account registrations.
  • Partner with data science teams to develop event performance dashboards
  • Consistently monitor performance of event enablement resources via UTMs.
  • Leverage historical data to inform future event enablement strategies
  • Regularly update executive decks and spreadsheets with the latest event metrics.
  • Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze results, distill key insights, and formulate clear business recommendations and narratives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders across strategic events, product marketing, and field marketing teams.
  • Support the team by managing a variety of operational responsibilities.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics. Experience in event or field marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient in event metrics and reporting
  • Proficient in building Tableau reports and dashboards is required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional project and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex requirements, competing priorities, and frequent last-minute changes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a "can-do" attitude.
  • A natural collaborator and team-player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, if required.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
