Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Salesforce AI developer with 4 plus years of experience in Salesforce development and 1 year relevant expertise in developing Salesforce AI features . The ideal candidate should have good understanding around Prompt Engineering, Predictive and Generative AI , RAG, Einstein Copilot, and Einstein capabilities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role focuses on integrating AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience using Salesforce Einstein solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Einstein Feature Development:
- Implement and configure Sales Cloud Einstein features such as Einstein Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Einstein Activity Capture, and Forecasting to enhance sales operations.
- Develop and deploy Service Cloud Einstein solutions including Einstein Bots, Einstein Case Classification, Einstein Reply Recommendations, and Einstein Article Recommendations to optimize customer service.
Einstein Copilot & AI Assistance:
- Work with Einstein Copilot to build interactive AI-powered assistants that streamline user workflows, offer personalized guidance, and automate routine tasks.
- Use Prompt Engineering to fine-tune responses and interactions in Einstein Copilot, ensuring it delivers high-quality conversational AI experiences.
Custom AI Solutions:
- Develop custom AI-driven applications and components using Einstein Vision, Einstein Language, and Einstein Prediction Builder.
- Collaborate with data teams to build predictive models and use Einstein Discovery to uncover actionable insights from Salesforce data.
Salesforce Development:
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrate Einstein features within existing processes.
- Design and deploy AI solutions for automating workflows, enhancing CRM functionality, and improving business decision-making.
- Experience in Lightning Flows and other declarative automation
- Good experience in Salesforce Security and Data model for Sales & Service Cloud
Collaboration & Client Engagement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and marketing to identify areas where Einstein AI features can deliver value.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI use cases, design solutions, and drive adoption of Einstein AI tools across the organization.
Skills and Qualifications: (Must Have)
Salesforce Einstein Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud Einstein features (e.g., Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Activity Capture).
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud Einstein (e.g., Bots, Case Classification, Article Recommendations).
- Experience working with Einstein Copilot, creating and refining prompts to ensure optimal conversational interactions.
- Experience in Salesforce Einstein Chatbots
- Knowledge of Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Discovery, and Einstein Vision/Language.
Prompt Engineering:
- Skilled in Prompt Engineering for fine-tuning AI-generated responses and creating high-quality, context-aware prompts for Einstein Copilot and other AI-powered tools.
Salesforce Platform
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrate Einstein features within existing processes.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning Flows & declarative automations
- Experience in Salesforce Security
- Experience in Integration using REST or SOAP
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, App Builder, AI Associate
- Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks, such as Python or other AI/ML libraries, is a plus. ( Good to have)
- Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
- Familiarity with higher level trends in LLMs and open-source platforms
- Experience working on RAG ,Prompt Engineering, Information Retrieval, Data Embedding
