The CEMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance team critical to Salesforce's success, supporting Senior sales leadership in driving the business forward, a role combining highly analytical skills, strategical and problem solving mindset, and executive communication.

Salesforce is looking for a Sales Strategy Senior Analyst to be a trusted advisor for Senior sales leadership within the CEMEA Sales Development organization.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, and, most importantly, a desire to learn and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with sales leaders in CEMEA Sales Development as a Strategy Business Partner, partnering closely with stakeholders, driving accountability, and managing the operational governance.
  • Under the annual Sales Strategy planning cycle, orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the SalesDev Go-To-Market plan for partnered Operating Units, which includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, compensation, quota setting, etc.
  • Interpret key performance metrics to analyze the business's health and present recommendations to Senior leadership. Drive root cause analysis and design recovery strategies.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include PipeGen performance, BDR participation, white space analysis, monitoring Conversation Rates etc.).
  • Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable PipeGen across all business units and coordinate weekly forecast calls to track status.
  • Create executive-level presentations for local and global leadership reviews; organize monthly business reviews to represent partnered OUs.
  • Provide recommendations to Senior management for strategic decision-making with a forward-looking mindset.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.
  • Suggest and execute on best-in-class operational rigor to scale across CEMEA, outside of scope within partnered operating units.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams in areas such as Recruiting, Employee Success, Finance, Sales Programs, and COO functions.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience, ideally in management consulting OR a high-tech company in a highly analytical role OR strategy department in a fast-paced growth company.
  • Solid problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and develop recommendations.
  • Strong Analytical skills. Advanced knowledge of G-Suite (Sheets, Slides). Knowledge of SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Snowflake will be considered a plus.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, with a "company first" mentality.
  • Demonstrated Entrepreneurial drive: "get things done" attitude to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment, and autonomy.
  • Team player: highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
  • Strong communication skills to translate results into easily digestible messages and executive presentations. Assertiveness and directness.
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics field (Finance, Technology, Engineering, Business), Master'sMaster's preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
