We are looking for a hard-working and innovative Senior Analyst / Manager of Sales Programs to join the Public Sector Sales Programs team. Our team delivers strategic initiatives, supports sales team effectiveness, and drives business outcomes through data-driven insights for the ANZ markets.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales Programs and be at the forefront of driving pipeline generation and enhancing sales productivity through strategic program execution for our Public Sector Sales team. You will business partner with sales teams to uncover pipeline gaps and growth opportunities, analyse data to prioritise impactful programs, aligning initiatives with ambitious sales objectives and targets.

Other Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and implement targeted programs to address pipeline needs and boost AE productivity.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives and AE up-skilling programs.
  • Monitor and improve sales team engagement and performance.
  • Roll out programs across ANZ in partnership with APAC and global teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Operations to develop and maintain scalable business processes.
  • Deliver clear and compelling communication to Sales Leaders and Representatives
  • Ensure program alignment with business priorities and manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Track and report on pipeline health and program effectiveness.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Role Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales programs, demand generation or sales support within the technology sector
  • Prior pipeline management and program implementation experience, with strong project management skills or selling experience
  • Advanced analytical skills with a strategic business approach
  • Experience in business planning and sales-driven demand generation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Any experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Desirable Experience:

  • Prior experience with Public Sector customers or SaaS sales environments.
  • Background in consulting, finance, strategy, or business intelligence.
