Salesforce.com is looking for an experienced Sales Programs Specialist to join our Business Operations team in EMEA Central (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role will report into the Director of Sales Programs EMEA Central and will cover one business unit in Germany/Austria (Clouds/Digital - Marketing & Commerce Team for Germany & Austria).
As trusted Pipeline Business partners, we deliver best in class pipeline & revenue impact along the EMEA Central Demand Generation Funnel by proactive pipeline inspection & Advisory, fostering C360 collaboration along the DemGen funnel & all horsemen and executing relevant & targeted sales programs leveraging actionable insights, AI innovation and SFonSF technologies.

Proactively provide guidance and advise: we serve as trusted advisors, providing strategic insights and proactive guidance on pipeline and drive significant change and growth along the DemGen Funnel with standardized reporting
Maximise impact: We Filter for Focus - We drive reliable planning & execution of solution-oriented strategies to enhance growth levers, maximise sales success and spear-heading the programmatic consumption rollout. With a relentless commitment to speed, stability, and simplicity, we drive collaboration, execution, and impact through a portfolio of best-in-class, programmatic, and scalable initiatives.
Empower DemGen & C360 Collaboration: We act as Orchestrator and accelerate cross-functional collaboration as ONE Salesforce, gather and amplify innovative ideas, and engage with key stakeholder across the organisation (incl. Global COEs) while cultivating trusted partnerships by aligning with individual and team goals to drive accountability.
Be AI Early Adopters & Drivers: We will strive to be 'Customer Zero', using our products to enhance our operations and achieve productivity gains. We leverage AI to transform growth and maximize programs' impact.

The work is sustained on a vast amount of sales data captured by the Salesforce Tools and discussions with key stakeholders across functions. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills, communication skills, strong work ethic and will want to learn and grow his/her career in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Analyze the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics and present recommendations to senior leadership. Drive root cause analysis and design recovery strategies
Create and own a consolidated demand generation plan/calendar to meet pipeline generation targets, taking into account sales priorities for the region.
Create and Drive sales programs including planning process, involving key stakeholders in business development, sales and sales management, aligning with marketing plans where possible.
Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results, with full involvement in the Sales management team.
Own and be accountable for the regional Demand Generation board cadence and pipeline targets.
Own regular business reporting and communication cadence with senior sales leaders
Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making
Own and enhance data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements
Work cross-functionally to drive the execution of go-to-market strategies
Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives
Desired experience
3+ years experience in a similar programs role or business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, in a high tech environment. Combination of these an advantage.
Proven track record in driving demand generation / campaigns / programs through and with senior field sales organisation
Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and influencing stakeholders
German speaking (mother language or equivalent). English proficiency is a requirement. Other languages are a plus.
