Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Strategy Analyst will join a team responsible for representing Sales Operations within projects & initiatives of varying complexity. In the role, you will be working with partners from aa variety of teams and completing Sales Ops project deliverables. The Analyst will work in a team environment, be self-motivated and meticulous with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Maintain solid understanding of Sales Operations policies and processes
- Identify & build strong relationships with essential team members
- Provide assistance in preparing & communicating regular read-outs to team members & leadership
- Collaborate and contribute to training & enablement content for Sales Operations related to project releases and impacts.
- Draft communications & content for the Global Sales Operations team related to project releases and impacts.
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and escalation of SOX impacting release items
- Regularly communicate and raise concerns to manager & team
- Proactively move solutions forward by identifying steps needed to resolve an issue and bring in appropriate resources to address and resolve issues
- Maintain up to date and detailed project documentation, maintaining appropriate organization
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple projects under tight timelines
- Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Review requirements and provide recommendations and state concerns.
- Regularly raise questions, voice concerns & advocate in an assertive manner amongst large groups of stakeholders
- Ability to take large amounts of information and identify, scope, distill & communicate on issues found
- Strong teammate
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
