An opportunity exists in our Core Sales organisation for an experienced sales professional looking to further their career in a high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment!

We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious 2nd line Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic sales initiatives across our different Commercial accounts sales teams covering Finland.

Role Description:
As a 2nd line leader, you will play a key role leading a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Exectives and Manager(s) in our expanding Finland sales operation that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organisational quotas!

Your network in the marketplace is broad and strong, your mind revolves around customers' business outcomes and you're business acumen including numerics (selling to the CFO, or similar skills) is strongly evident. Energy, passion and the ability to lead are key. Ideal candidates should possess solid B2B sales and extensive sales professional experience. Industry experience in e.g, but not limited to, manufacturing, retail and/or financial services is desirable and will differentiate you from other candidates.

Your Impact:

  • Lead and develop a growing and diverse team, who are seen as trusted advisors to our customers. Continuous learning resonates with you, and you support and manage high performance teams including recruiting, hiring and training. You're an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit with internal team members.
  • Execution of existing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team, plus evolution and development of the same over time, to further improve our relevance and fuel the expansion of our GTM for the Commercial segment in Finland.
  • Leadership, incl. e.g. decisiveness, trustworthiness, empowerment of others, communication skills, and resilience, is a strong trait of yours. Together with tenured First Line Manager(s) and experienced/less experienced Account Executives you lead from the front by leaning in to our business by participating and demonstrating what good looks like. Substantial time in customer and partner facing settings is expected.
  • Networking comes naturally, involving corporate resources as required and, in addition, leveraging our ecosystem as a strong growth lever and success factor.
  • Excellent forecasting and business management skills, incl. performance management, are essential to this role.
  • Driving pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue generating opportunities for the customer account(s), incl. account management as well as new logo efforts.
  • Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure a high level of closure rates and opportunity identification
  • Engaging at the C-level in customer organisations

Required skills:
Consistent track record in building/managing high performance teams and achieving quarterly and yearly targets
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
Passion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvement

2nd-line Management experience (Managing Managers) preferred
Strong demonstrated and proven sales experience, working with complex customers
A level of interest in, and/or experience positioning/selling to customers based on industry specific offerings
Previous experience in solution sales (ideally SaaS / Cloud technologies)
Experience leading teams selling transformational technology solutions to Enterprise/Commercial customers
People management experience (directly or via matrix)
Able to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix/multi-product sales environment

Proven ability to create and inspire impactful teams
A passion for building a growing and diverse team
Excellent negotiation skills
A self-starter that can excel in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English
