Role Description:

In you, we are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Leader to lead a team driving strategic sales initiatives across our Enterprise customers in Norway. As a key player in our expanding operation, you will manage a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Executives. You will be responsible for generating revenue, achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive culture that is pivotal to our success at Salesforce.

As a member of the Norwegian Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our operations and ensuring Norway as a continued double-digit growth engine in the years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Account Executives to become trusted advisors to our customers and internal teams.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase our relevance and fuel the expansion of our Enterprise business in Norway.
Client Engagement: Support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required, including C-level interactions.
Performance Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performance team, consistently enhancing sales activities.
Collaboration: Build strong team unity, internal connections, and foster collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Forecasting and Reporting: Lead weekly forecast meetings and accurately report on sales activities and forecasts to Area Sales Management.
Pipeline Generation: Drive initiatives to create revenue-generating opportunities for customer accounts.
Thought Leadership: Act as an industry thought leader at company and industry events.
Inclusive Leadership: Foster an inclusive and winning team spirit.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in building and managing successful sales teams.
Previous experience in solution sales, ideally in SaaS/Cloud technologies.
Experience leading teams selling transformational technology solutions to Enterprise customers.
Demonstrated success in working with complex customers.
Direct or matrixed people management experience.
Ability to operate and navigate successfully in a matrixed, multi-product sales environment.
Passion for building a growing and diverse team.
Proven ability to create and inspire impactful teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
Commitment to supporting team development and personal self-improvement.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential.
