The Recruitment Operations Senior Analyst will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and provide insightful reporting on key recruitment metrics. This role requires a blend of analytical acumen, project management skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices. The successful candidate must be comfortable dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic and high-growth environments and is experienced in supporting a variety of HR disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the cases received in the Recruitment Operations Queue. Follow through to ensure case is resolved and closed appropriately and satisfactorily.
- Manage a support model for our client groups within and outside of recruiting (Candidates, Employees, Legal, Background Vendors, Hiring Managers, ESBPs, Recruiting Coordinators, etc) and provide excellent customer services to these client groups.
- Collaborating with hiring managers, recruiters, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Execute Background Investigation process for candidates and employees.
- Partner with various internal compliance teams, external government agencies, and vendors to usher employees throughout the process.
- Manage all Recruitment Audits (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle audits) and adhere to compliance.
- Understand recruiting compliance and various compliance-related activities - audits, narrative refreshes, walkthroughs, and familiarity with key recruiting controls.
- Identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in the hiring process.
- Recognize opportunities for efficiencies in processes, and come forward with recommendations and plans to put changes in place.
- Partner closely with Business Technology (BT) and HR Technology teams and perform system testing for enhancements/updates.
- Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment operations performance.
- Be Innovative and be able to use Agents and other tools for optimisation/automation
- Continuously improving recruitment operations processes based on data and feedback.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal employees about personal data and detailed processes, ensuring a smooth process and excellent experience for all.
- Focusing on improving the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support and partner with a global team. We have Ops team members and Recruiting clients in all regions (AMER, EMEA, JAPAC).
- Meet all internal team service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in an Recruitment Operations or HR Operations.
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Excel, and Workday.
- HR/Recruiting Audit, Compliance, Investigation program experience.
