Salesforce Inc. seeks Quality Assurance Manager in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Develop and review QA Test Plans which outlays overall QA strategy, QA Process & QA Best Practices to both internal project and customer teams. Create and maintain Test artifacts including Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Execution Status Reports. Monitor daily tasks to the QA Consultants based on daily priorities, project business requirements. Communicate overall QA Status on Customer Implementations to both internal project and customer teams. Work with various project teams across customer implementations. Monitor that the appropriate level of quality is incorporated into our customer implementations. Participate in daily project status calls and defect internal triage calls if required. Collaborate with customer teams during User Acceptance testing (UAT) phase. Track and highlight Critical / Blocker defects to the project team if timely progress is not seen on their resolution. Participate in sessions with SBAs and Developers if more information is required for the QA team to perform their testing activities. Adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day as needed without compromising standard methodologies and quality. Demonstrate initiative in all customer implementations using onshore/offshore model by closely working with various Project Managers on daily basis. Collaborate with QA consultants on multiple projects with teams spanning in multiple time zones. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered or Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (01) Salesforce Commerce Cloud; (02) Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud; (03) Order Management; (04) Software Quality Assurance; (05) Jira; (06) Agile and Scrum development methodology; (07) Functional Tests; (08) User Acceptance Tests; (09) Regression Tests; (10) Test Automation. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $160,139.00 - $192,500.00 per annum.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $160,139 to $192,500.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $160,139 to $192,500.
