Job Title: Product Marketer, Commerce Cloud (EMEA)

At Salesforce, our world-class Product Marketers drive growth through expert positioning, clear messaging, and targeted activations. We collaborate globally and locally to ensure our products lead their categories and regions.

About the Role: We seek a dynamic, strategic Product Marketer passionate about application development, data security, and cloud technology to elevate our Commerce Cloud business in EMEA. You will partner with sales, marketing, enablement, and HQ teams to deliver pipeline goals and boost product awareness. A team player with a flair for strategy and storytelling, you will enable sales teams and drive targeted marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion and drive Commerce Cloud marketing across key EMEA markets, growing pipeline, ACV, and awareness.
  • Develop and share deep knowledge of Salesforce's Commerce products and key customer segments to educate internal and external audiences.
  • Generate EMEA market and buyer insights to inform go-to-market plans, campaign strategies, and sales execution.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to create and customize content for local activations, including events, campaigns, and digital programs.
  • Align with Sales, Sales Programs, and Enablement teams to develop sales enablement plans and drive pipeline generation.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Marketing to produce regional customer references, deal wins, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Lead product launches in the region, ensuring comprehensive marketing and field readiness.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and the impact of go-to-market activities in EMEA.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 3-5 years in product marketing, solution marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B software or SaaS/PaaS.
  • High energy, innovative, and creative team player with strong execution skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex organizations.
  • Self-starter with a track record of driving projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build consensus across diverse teams and regions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable with public presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of Commerce buyers and ability to engage and influence this audience.
  • Multi-lingual skills are desirable, with complete proficiency in English.
