Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate Product Marketing leader to own the GTM strategy under the Salesforce Fully Unified Platform. You will represent the voice of our sales teams and translate their needs across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. You will influence a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and help drive deals to close. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, influencing cross-functional teams, and potentially managing a team.

In this role, you will demonstrate expertise in all areas of product marketing-positioning and messaging of Digital products, planning and segmentation, customer and competitive intelligence, and more. You have experience building scalable programs and driving cross-functional alignment, with strong presentation skills, executive presence, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Cloud Go-To-Market expert for Digital product stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line you represent, leading product launch plans.
  • Build a product enablement strategy that effectively communicates the value proposition to sales and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the strategic events team to showcase products at both third-party and proprietary events.
  • Lead your team in defining differentiated, clear, and customer-centric narratives, value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
  • Align with global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales collaboration, sales programs, and pipeline generation.
  • Develop, package, and deliver relevant sales training materials, ensuring ease of understanding for sales teams.
  • Define repeatable Sales Plays and high-quality content, while aligning with supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate all Product Marketing deliverables from a sales perspective, turning marketing and industry initiatives into actionable programs to drive growth.
  • Drive the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, events, and case studies.
  • Confidently present to audiences of all sizes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or go-to-market functions.
  • Experience leading and inspiring a team of marketers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers.
  • Proven expertise in building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to create a range of marketing assets (e.g., on-message product demo videos, sharp and succinct slide pitch decks in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint, and product data sheets).
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions, with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
  • Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
  • A proactive, "get-it-done" mindset to lead new projects even amid ambiguity.
  • A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and a constant desire to learn.

  • イベントチームと戦略的に連携し、サードパーティや自社主催イベントで製品をどのようにアピールするかを検討する。
  • チームをリードし、差別化された、明確で顧客中心のストーリー、価値提案、ポジショニング、メッセージングを定義する。
  • マーケティングと営業の連携、セールスプログラム、パイプラインの生成を推進するために、グローバルの営業リーダーと連携を強化する。
  • 営業が当社製品を理解しやすいように、営業トレーニング資料を開発• パッケージ化して提供する。
