Our Common Services AI team recently played a critical role in launching Agentforce at Dreamforce, developing over 100 AI use cases for Salesforce Industries. We're seeking a versatile Product Manager to help drive the development and scaling of high-impact AI capabilities across key Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Health Cloud.

Your Impact

  • Define and own the short- and long-term vision for AI capabilities, turning this vision into an executable product roadmap.
  • Work closely with Salesforce's Apps & Industries product teams like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industries Clouds to deliver tailored AI solutions that meet diverse business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design (UI/UX), engineering, and data science, to ensure seamless product delivery and enhancement.
  • Engage with internal customers and early adopter customers to gather insights and identify new opportunities for scaling AI solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in generative AI capabilities by establishing and evolving a robust quality methodology.
  • Represent Salesforce as an AI thought leader in customer interactions, at industry events, and across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on AI/ML-based products.
  • Strong understanding of generative and predictive AI. Proven experience bringing AI capabilities to production and understanding the AI ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of taking products from inception to launch, with an emphasis on driving AI innovation.
  • Experience with the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model building, deployment, and optimization.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with executive leadership and external partners.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across an organization and with key customers.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices in Generative AI and a passion for staying on top of the latest advancements.
