What You'll Be Doing...
As a Prime Named Account Executive (AE) for the commercial segment, you will:
- Drive sales and close important deals.
- Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals.
- Develop a supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Create and follow a plan to attract new customers and grow revenue.
- Set and meet sales targets and accurately forecast your business.
- Build strong relationships with other teams like marketing, product development, and customer success.
- Use our sales tools and methods effectively.
- Stay updated on competitors and market trends.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key customers.
Who You Are...
- You have 6+ years of experience in sales.
- You consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- You have a history of building loyal customer relationships.
- You can work well in a large, complex organization.
- You are good at creating and executing sales strategies.
- You have strong analytical and operational skills.
- You have experience selling complex software to senior executives.
- You can recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team.
