The Platform and Agent AE drives the 360 growth and success of one of Salesforce's most strategic customers through the following competencies:

Shows a deep understanding of post-sales implementation requirements and success milestones
Product & Industry Expertise:

Provides accurate revenue forecasts and contributes to the company's margin and revenue goals. Ideal candidates will have experience with consumption selling.
Drive operational excellence by breaking down barriers and optimizing processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Ruthlessly prioritizes - spends time where ROI is highest
Executive Presence & Relationships:
Builds and brokers trusted senior executive-level customer & internal relationships
Surfaces executive-level account, product, customer and program trends and observations
