本ポジションは、パートナー企業を支援するためのマーケティングプログラムおよびキャンペーンの立案• 実行を担当いただきます。社内のステークホルダー（アライアンス、マーケティング、グローバルマーケティングチーム等）と密にコミュニケーションを行い、パートナービジネスを通じた売上• パイプライン• リードを増加させるための効果的なスケールプログラムの戦略立案から実行までを担当いただきます。グローバルのベストプラクティスやプロセスを日本市場に適用しながら、パートナー企業を広く効果的に支援いただきます。
- コンサルティングパートナー、SI、再販、テクノロジーパートナーなど様々なパートナー企業とのGTMを加速し、Salesforce パートナーエコシステムとビジネスを成長させるためのスケールプログラム戦略の立案• 実行
- パートナー企業向けイベント、キャンペーン、コミュニケーション、イネーブルメントの企画• 実施
- パートナー企業の販売活動を加速するためのマーケティングアセットやリソース、コミュニケーションの企画• 管理
- Salesforce主催コーポレートイベントやコーポレートキャンペーン施策におけるパートナー協業施策およびスポンサーシッププログラムのリード
- 共同マーケティングプログラムメニューの管理• 実行
- グローバルと連携したパートナーマーケティングプログラムの整備• 展開（MDFやPRMのグローバルプロセス日本市場展開含む）
- パートナー企業との効果的な共同ストーリーテリングおよびコンテンツの管理
- パートナーマーケティング施策におけるリードマネジメント
- パートナーマーケティングチームの一員としてチームプロジェクトへの貢献
- 担当領域におけるグローバルプログラム• ベストプラクティスの情報収集• 連携と日本市場への適用
- KPI設定、効果測定• 報告と継続的な最適化
- 予算管理
必要なスキル• 経験
- ５〜７年以上のIT製品のフィールドマーケティングまたはデマンドゲネレーション経験
- 多様なステークホルダーと連携し、部門を横断したプロジェクトをリードできるリーダーシップスキル• 経験
