Currently we are recruiting for an experienced sales professional joining as a Named Account Executive for a high caliber set of pharmaceutical / Life Sciences clients. Your Impact
The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our customers, building robust relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, with a focus on a set of German Pharmaceutical accounts.
This role goes beyond sales; it is about building lasting value and driving customer success through the innovative use of our platform. The candidate will cultivate and enhance customer satisfaction within assigned accounts, craft and deliver a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business goals, and navigate the full sales cycle by leveraging various resources to support deal closure. The Account Executive will communicate the outstanding benefits of the entire Salesforce product suite to foster customer growth and expand Salesforce's footprint within existing accounts through strategic planning and execution.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales responsibility for an account set within the HLS Sector
- Coordinating a large account team within a matrix organization
- Engagements with C-Level decision makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
- Driving significant coordination amongst internal groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy
- Partnering with GSIs and Services to delivering the contracted business solution and technical delivery plan
- Providing mentor relationships to further Named Account Managers (NAM) and virtual team members
Your Qualifications
- Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level of pharmaceutical clients
- Strong POV of industry trends and ability to build a narrative of digital transformation within the Healthcare / Life Sciences sector
- Experience in defining an Account Strategy and Execution Plan for a set of top tier accounts
- Strong experience in selling as a team as part of a matrix organization and aligning with the account team to support the customer's success
- Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals
- Fluency in German and English. Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom)
