About the role
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful team of seasoned Enterprise Account Executives working with named companies in the Manufacturing Industry. Salesforce is looking for passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how & why our solutions can help transform Customers' business and exceed their goals.
Salesforce aspires to deliver business transformation enabled by technology to its customers and therefore requires individuals able to develop deep insight into the business dynamics of large sophisticated enterprises and help shape customers' change agenda.
Your Day-to-Day
Our Enterprise Account Executives engage mainly with existing customers to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships to drive growth and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts and coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs and to ensure strategic allignment.
- Approx 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS/SW sales experience
- Ability to strategize with a large extended team
- Preferred experience with working with Manufactoring Industry
What we look for in you
- Effective communicator & quick learner: Ability to articulate how & why our solutions can help transform Customers' business and exceed their goals.
- Successfully run complex SaaS sales deals: Ability to develop sophisticated deal structures and commercial proposals for large deals.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills are essential
- Strong influencing capabilities; must be a self-starter, high-energy
- Strong appetite to work in a strategic selling environment.
- Fluent in English and Finnish
- Ability to work with a hybrid agreement being at the office 3 days a week
- Software and Cloud Solution sales experience
- Ability to strategize with a large extended team
- Preferred experience with working with Services Manufacturing Industry
