-中• 大規模商談の創出からクロージングのリードと指南
-売上最大化に向けたアクションプランの実行
-管掌テリトリーに対する中長期での戦略策定
-営業人材の育成• コーチング
-営業メンバー及び関連する部署を含めたチームビルディング
-ビジネスパートナー戦略実行
-各種営業マネジメント業務等

- データ活用における新たなマーケットを創出していくことに情熱を注ぎたいというマインドセット
- 経営層、マネジメント層に対する直販営業経験
- 営業マネジメント経験（或いはそれに準ずる経験（応相談））
-人財を育てつつ、自身も成長していきたいというマインドセット
- 社内の関連部署のリソースを適切に巻き込み、チームセリングできるリーダーシップ
- 英語力歓迎
