Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the payrolls for multiple countries within the EMEA region
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll analysts, providing guidance and training for their professional development
- Work with our vendors and other advisors to ensure payroll compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and statutory requirements across all EMEA countries
- Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework
- Collaborate with Employee Success, Finance, and other internal partners to align payroll processes with overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency across our operations
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
- Build and maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers
Key requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Manager
- Delivery and management of EMEA countries
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws across EMEA payrolls as per experience
- Strong systems experience including familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
