As we expand our business and team in Austria, we are seeking a dynamic Country Leader to spearhead the next chapter of Salesforce Austria`s journey


What are we looking for?
Our Country Leaders are responsible for leading their country with a particular focus on developing and engaging our employees, partners and customers. They are the main representative for the Salesforce brand in the country and have four primary areas of responsibilities:


Driving revenue growth and customer success

Developing our ecosystem

Inspiring and supporting our employees and leveraging the full power of Salesforce

Strengthening our brand

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within enterprise sales and experience leading high-performing teams. Additionally, we value significant years of experience, the ability to excel in a cross-functional environment, and a demonstrated capability to foster a culture of performance and success. This role will report directly to the EVP and CEO Central Europe .



Key Responsibilities:

GROWTH

o Drive the operating rhythm of the country by leading weekly forecast calls, regularly reporting on progress and activities, and being accountable for delivering the financial plan.

o Spearhead demand generation activities and develop and execute successful sales campaigns.

o Coordinate year-end planning and create a Go-to-Market plan for Austria that is suitable for the next wave of growth and in line with corporate and cross-functional guidelines and requirements

o Run Country Leadership (CLT) governance and ensure CLT accountability

o Drive Country Strategy & Execution

o Participate in Country Leader Community to share best practices

ECOSYSTEM

o Develop a strong CXO community and cultivate essential C-level relationships. Orchestrate the Salesforce ecosystem to drive significant deals and nurture key C-level partnerships.

o Focus on ecosystem: advocate for our Customer Success Group & partner resources, and drive developer community and trailblazers

CULTURE

o Attract high-caliber talent and coach emerging leaders and account executives. Ensure guidance and transparency across the country organization through all-hands calls and consistent communication.

o Own all activities and budget to create a high-performing culture where people feel proud to be part of Austria's growth story

o Review the Workplace Services Strategy to ensure readiness for growth

o Facilitate the talent flow

o Drive inclusion & collaboration across lines of business



Salesforce BRAND

o Represent Salesforce as the Country Leader in the local market, supporting and executing the PR strategy.

o Act as spokesperson at key external events in the country (i.e., World Tour, Basecamps, etc).

o Ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the priorities of the country plan.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): The success of the Country Leader will be measured by their achievement of revenue targets and financial plans, maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates, the effectiveness of demand generation and sales campaigns, growth and engagement within the CXO community, and positive employee satisfaction and retention metrics.
