We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Product-Led Growth Team at Salesforce. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a deep understanding of our self-serve funnel, defining and tracking key metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth opportunities. You will also play a crucial role in measuring the impact of campaigns and experiments, helping to optimize our product-led growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the self-serve funnel, identifying key touchpoints and conversion drivers.

2. Define, track, and analyze key metrics for the self-serve funnel, creating dashboards and reports to visualize performance.

3. Analyze key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and retention metrics to identify opportunities for growth

4. Support execution and analysis of A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.

5. Measure and report on the impact of campaigns and experiments, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

6. Influence cross-functional teams, including product, revenue, marketing, and data teams, to implement data-driven improvements.

7. Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product-led growth, digital analytics, and experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in self-serve growth, digital marketing, or marketing analytics, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

2. Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

3. Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

4. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

5. Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.

7. Experience in campaign performance analysis and attribution modeling is highly desirable

8. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is a plus.

9. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
