We are looking for superlative operation & strategy analysts to join the new Chief Pipeline Officer team. This person will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Pipeline Officer and, therefore, to the Executive Leadership team at Salesforce.

This is a mission critical role to drive our focus on building and maturing billions of dollars of quality pipeline across all geographies, operating units, and Product Clouds.

The Global Pipeline Analyst will focus on all of the pipe generation and maturation tactics across our Sales, Marketing, Product and Partner orgs. In this role, you will provide the analyses and reporting that drive high-impact decisions across world's #1 CRM platform. You will set the gold standard for what powerful, insightful reporting looks like and will support this reporting with data visualization. Successful candidates will be able to analyze and visualize data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, and guide the charge on execution and change management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Focused on Data, Dashboards, and Reporting re: Pipeline Insights
  • Providing analysis/recommendations from findings within the data
  • Building out reporting mechanisms
  • Defining pain points and providing triage recommendations

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,200 to $225,500.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $206,700.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,200 to $225,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
