We are seeking an experienced Global CAFM System and Space Data Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to using data-driven insights to optimize our 100+ global office portfolio, supporting flexible seating, enhanced collaboration spaces, and innovative ways of working. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing, monitoring, synthesizing, and reporting on real estate and office space data. As a key owner of space data management within the CAFM system, hands-on experience with CAFM platforms is essential.

This role ensures the integrity of real-time space data while implementing global standards that align with workplace design, real estate transactions, space strategy, and data governance. Additionally, the position will collaborate with Workplace Innovation to gather and analyze utilization data, translating insights into meaningful reports that inform decision-making. As a key member of the Global Space Planning Team, this role will help ensure our workplace portfolio remains innovative, adaptable, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the CAFM program to ensure global space data is accurately tracked and recorded to reflect current space classification and hierarchy, seats, capacity calculations, square footage and space attributes
  • Support development of target metrics, analysis through scenario planning and data modeling to test and validate theories and research efforts in collaboration with global and regional teams
  • Assist with reporting on space utilization, efficiency and allocation analyses as well as scheduled and ad-hoc reports that combine space management data, attendance and workplace research findings
  • Maintain continual focus on innovation and data integrity, constantly striving to improve delivery of services, including actively obtaining feedback from team members, to make existing processes more streamlined, automated and scalable
  • Coordinate integrity of floor plans across multiple systems to support real-time accuracy of space information in close partnership with Workplace Innovation, Global Design and Regional Space Planning teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines and SME functions to ensure consistency of data across platforms and processes
  • Understand capabilities and limitations of CAFM system and database concepts, troubleshoot issues and data integrations and partner with the technology team on tool upgrades and data governance
  • Update CAD plans as necessary; ability to import to CAFM within established guidelines and settings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. computer science, statistics or information systems preferred; corporate real estate or similar experience accepted)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with CAFM systems is required (Serraview is preferred)
  • Experience in a corporate real estate environment working with workplace data and analytics is highly desired
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing and assimilating data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software, preferably Tableau
  • Self-starter and great teammate who is adaptable, capable of leading change and able to process work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Advanced skills required in MS Excel/Google Sheets, ACAD, Business Intelligence tools, Tableau preferred, as well as an advanced understanding of CAFM/IWMS for Space Management

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $111,900.
