We are looking for an experienced Manager of Facilities to hit the ground running with an amazing team based in our Hyderabad campus. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and infrastructure within the workplace environment, with a specific focus on Soft Services, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and maintenance. This role requires a deep understanding of the Soft services and technical aspects related to MEP systems and facilities management, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. The position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) for Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for end-to-end Facilities Program Management (Soft Services, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services) for our Hyderabad offices in partnership with our outsourced service providers as part of the IFM program.
- Lead, Coordinate & Manage all day-to-day operations of Soft Services, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services with integrity and ensure excellent facilities operations onsite.
- Be the SPOC for day-to-day escalations of Soft Services, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services, Repairs & maintenance, HVAC, Janitorial etc.
- Oversee and ensure 100% CLRA/Vendor compliance in the Workplace Services.
- Deliver a high level of employee experience in Soft Services, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services
- Assist the Senior Manager of REWS for Hyderabad to develop, monitor and manage the OPEX & CAPEX and expense management initiatives pertaining to Facilities Program Management
- Monitor the KPI & SLA of our IFM partner and ensure its ground level adherence
- Oversee the REWS ticketing system efficiently and effectively
- Vendor Management and Billing to ensure delivery of services on time and within budget
- Ensure the critical MEP infrastructure is operated and maintained to the highest standards as stipulated by the OEM guidelines and standards
- Liaison with the Building Management team
- Ensure routine Planned Preventive Maintenance's of all Mechanical & Electrical Equipments are conducted on time and ensure compliance with maintenance plans
- Drive, develop and execute system for regular cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities, continuous process improvements and industry benchmarking
- Drive sustainability initiatives pertaining to Soft services and MEP for the organisation
- Provide crisis management support and its mitigation plans as and when required
- Coordinate and partner with internal functions like Finance, Legal, Physical Security, Procurement, Health & Safety, BU's to create a safe and secured workplace for our employees
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 12 years experience in Facilities Management
- Prior experience or exposure to multiple activities such as workplace programs, budget, relocations, projects and workplace services is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Qualifications/certifications in the field of real estate, facilities management, or workplace would be an added advantage
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).
- Knowledge of energy management systems and practices to optimize energy efficiency.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and IoT technologies for smart buildings.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards in facility management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for facility management, such as CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) or CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management).
