Core Responsibilities

As the EVP of Industries, you will lead with vision, strategy, and execution to deliver on the following:

Strategic Growth and Market Leadership

  • Define and execute a bold, clear growth strategy that significantly increases revenue year-over-year in a high-growth environment.
  • Analyse and expand the total addressable market (TAM) for key verticals, positioning Salesforce as the go-to platform for digital transformation.
  • Foster expansion into new enterprise accounts while enhancing relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and growth.

Operational and Sales Excellence

  • Manage and inspire Sales teams to close strategic, high-value deals within the respective verticals, creating a culture of operational excellence.
  • Drive a disciplined cadence of forecasting, deal execution, and strategic prioritization across teams.
  • Harness internal and external C-level resources to craft compelling visions for customer transformation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with key functions (Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Strategy, Finance, Employee Success) to align resources and maximise impact.
  • Innovate and identify new routes to market, business channels, and strategic partnerships to unlock additional growth opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and lead a high-performance team by recruiting top-tier talent, fostering diversity, and mentoring the next generation of Salesforce leaders.
  • Instil a culture of trust, innovation, and equality while driving team engagement, satisfaction, and success.
