Senior Manager, Enablement Business partner- EMEA North/ Benelux
We are seeking a Senior Manager level - Enablement Business partner to support the enablement execution for the sales teams in Belux and The Netherlands at Salesforce. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing enablement programs, collaborating with sales teams to drive adoption, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that align with global and regional business objectives.
This role is part of a EMEA North Field Enablement team and will work very closely with the other Enablement Business Partners and Field Enablement program managers in EMEA North and their counterparts in Sales Programs (SPM) to drive alignment, execution, and impact across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy/trusted advisor; Accountable to develop and deliver the end-to-end enablement plan for the Belux and The Netherlands
- Program & Project Management: Execute enablement programs in alignment with the regional and EMEA North strategy and business priorities, ensuring organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Business Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze sales challenges, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions to improve sales productivity and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with your counterparts in Sales Programs (SPM), Country & Sales Leaders Strategy and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Thought Leader and Enablement SME: be a subject matter expert on enablement in the region, aware of enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies
- Impact measurement & reporting: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to track program effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate reporting on program performance and engagement to inform business decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on execution and implementation, ideally in sales organizations.
- Exceptional program/project management skills - highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data, understand business challenges, and develop solutions to drive sales success.
- Outstanding stakeholder management - proven experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior audiences and experience working with cross-functional, global teams to drive enablement initiatives.
