Salesforce Inc. seeks ECS Account Executive 5 in Chicago, IL:
Job Duties: Own the entire sales cycle from acquisition to signing deals through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Business Value Services, Marketing, Partners, Management etc. Use specialized knowledge of the Digital platform, including product knowledge, complex price structuring, reporting tools, and system data to support customer engagement. Partner with Senior Account Executives to create account plans, strategize, and identify potential customers' needs. Determine appropriate uses of Salesforce's proprietary solutions to solve customer problems. Structure customer engagement deals using expert understanding of Salesforce technologies, processes, and teams. Continuously build and maintain a sales pipeline, analyzing accounts, speaking to customers, and working with Business Development teams to create campaigns and drive pipeline for the business. Provide ongoing account support to customers by helping them answer technical questions.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Administration or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements; Digital proprietary systems; (2) Financial Accounts accounts; (3) quota attainment; (4) business development; (5) SDR; (6) KPIs; (7) FINS; (8) discovery calls. (9) consultative selling using Salesforce processes. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Salary: $94,786.00 - $114,100.00 per annum.
