Salesforce is seeking a Talent Attraction Director to lead our Sales Recruiting Sourcing organization across EMEA. This individual will play a key role in the rapid growth of our Enterprise Sales organization as we continue to evolve our strategy and recruiting model across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will define how we operate and iterate our model as we work to understand the organization's immediate and future talent needs. They will lead high performing Recruiting Managers and Recruiters to deliver against robust hiring goals; all while having fun and building a dynamic and collaborative team. We are looking for a leader who is committed to delivering results through partnership, trust, and maintaining high standards of success. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the growth and development of the EMEA Sourcing Recruiting team while driving accountability and performance
  • Partner with cross-functional Recruiting teams to deliver against quarterly and annual hiring targets
  • Partner with Sr. Recruiting Leadership team on Global Sourcing and Recruiting initiatives and programs
  • Deliver and analyze reporting to drive transparency against key performance metrics, progress of major initiatives, and identify areas opportunity to enhance performance
  • Creates a strong sense of team unity and engagement by building recruiter capability and partnerships (business acumen, partnering & influencing skills)
  • Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement that advocates self-learning and peer-led team empowerment to unleash the team's full potential
  • Continuously test and implement new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that drive the collective success of the team

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with minimum of 5 years of direct people management and experience leading people managers
  • Demonstrated success developing strong internal partnerships in order to gain support, influence and achieve cross-functional results across company
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leaders to establish credibility and build trust
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to accurately forecast and help team drive effective recruitment strategies.
  • Background/understanding of tech industry and regional nuances and country laws across EMEA region help develop effective sourcing strategies
