We deliver impact with select strategic customers by orchestrating a 360° relationship motion spanning Product, Partnership, Procurement, and direct Sales. We lead a consistent cadence across the functional leadership and working teams to maintain full Salesforce alignment on the overall customer / partner / vendor strategy and approach. The key responsibilities for the role will the following (but not limited to this):

  • Effectively plan, coordinate, and direct the delivery and execution of large, complex projects and programs while managing risks and issues to minimize scope, budget and schedule impacts
  • Collaborate globally to influence key partners on project scope/vision, solutions, budget, demand plan, and schedule; set-up and implement program governance
  • Maintain the program roadmap along with business outcomes and benefits
  • Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with functional leaders and business partners (e.g., Global Distribution, Revenue Operations, Product, Procurement/Finance and Business Technology) to drive alignment and optimize project operations
  • Effectively manage, motivate and hold accountable project leads and team members in a matrixed organization to execute on priorities
  • Facilitate regular Program Team and Sponsorship level meetings to remove roadblocks and accelerate decisions
  • Communicate project strategy, updates, and partner concerns of risks/issues to multiple levels of management, including executive leadership teams across the organization
  • Ability to identify the root cause(s), develop business case justification, acquire partner alignment; recommend prioritization of solutions
  • Leverage data insights to propose project execution strategy and measure results

What sets you apart:

  • Experience in Go to Market (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success)
  • Proven track record leading delivery of large complex programs focused on outcomes, bringing together the technology, process and people changes
  • Extensive experience in planning and completing large transformation programs
  • Experience working with Distribution teams - Sales, Services, Partners/Alliances, Procurement
  • Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity who thrives in fast-paced and multifaceted environments and is able to deliver within defined timeframes
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) specifically being a great active listener and communicator, who can convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to various levels of leadership
  • Leading with influence and a track record of building strong partnerships
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds, Slack and Tableau (reports and dashboards)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are a plus
  • MBA or other advanced degree

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to drive and realize strategic benefits through successful completion of projects, able to excel in a collaborative environment, build rapport, and influence peers
  • 10+ years of confirmed experience leading complex projects, preferably for large-scale transformations, with 5+ years in GTM
  • Solid command of project lifecycle and project management methodologies (e.g. PMI framework, agile/scrum)
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,500 to $268,900.
