Salesforce Business Technology (BT) team is seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management with a strong background in leading global enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers to define and manage systems that will scale Salesforce to $50 billion in revenue and beyond. As part of the Business Technology team, you will drive transformational initiatives that enhance Renewals, Success Plan Sales, Sales Enablement, and Support through automation and digital engagement. You will work with a team of business operations professionals on ground-breaking initiatives paving the road to build the best-in-class automated experience for our Customers, Partners and Internal Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple Salesforce applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Renewals, Operations, BT, Technology & Product, and leadership to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure seamless delivery of enhancements.
Implementation Oversight: Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, process automation, user adoption strategies, and system integration.
Team Management: Oversee a cross-functional team of product managers and product owners, providing guidance, removing roadblocks, and ensuring project timelines are met.
Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze Salesforce use cases for AgentForce, leveraging metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
Budget Management: Manage resource budgets, ensuring optimal allocation aligned with business goals.
Global Collaboration: This role may require overlap with local business hours and those at Salesforce's other delivery hubs in the US and India, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles, focusing on Salesforce implementation and customization.
• 4-6 years of people management experience with distributed and global teams.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement & Support, Quote Management, or related enterprise software/product management.
• 4-6 years of experience managing and implementing products and applications with Salesforce CRM.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce, and integrations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred) or relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience with AgentForce or similar agent-centric platforms.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Manager credentials) are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce) and Salesforce Admin Certification.
