Salesforce is seeking an exceptional leader to build, scale, and support a centralized creative organization and high-performing internal agency. As the Head of Creative Operations & Resourcing, you will work directly with our SVP of Global Creative to manage the intake and execution of creative projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between our creative teams, stakeholders, and external partners. This role is critical in scaling our creative operations to meet the growing demand for best-in-class brand and creative assets as Salesforce continues to expand globally.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and optimize systems, processes, and workflows that enable our creative organization to focus on delivering outstanding creative work without unnecessary roadblocks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creative project intake and resource allocation, ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right projects at the right time.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top creative talent, including both full-time employees and freelancers, to build a robust and flexible talent pool.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute staffing plans that align with business objectives and project pipelines.
  • Support the forecasting, management, and reporting of the global Creative Organization budget to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Create and manage a global roster of external creative agencies, ensuring they meet Salesforce's standards for quality, brand alignment, and operational excellence.
  • Build and manage an agency onboarding program to streamline external partnerships and ensure consistency in deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Demand Generation, Events, and Digital, to align on creative needs and priorities.
  • Define and implement a culture program within the creative organization to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Ensure global brand and creative excellence by distributing resources, assets, and communications effectively across regional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of creative operations by identifying and implementing best practices in project management, resource planning, and process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working within a brand or creative organization, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling creative operations and managing large, complex creative projects.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, project management methodologies, and resource planning tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience recruiting and managing creative talent, including full-time employees, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Financial acumen to support budget management and reporting.
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative culture within a creative organization.
  • Familiarity with global brand standards and the ability to ensure consistency across all creative assets and channels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support global creative operations.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
