We are looking for an innovative experienced sales minded product director with a track record for driving GTM capabilities for new products from concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This role will be responsible for the aligned market (EMEA, AMER, JAPAC), work closely with the OU leaders in aligned regions and be accountable to how Salesforce AI GTM is showing up, where it needs improvement, and ways to collaborate with the global GTM. This role will report to, and work closely with product leadership and will be responsible for guiding sales strategy, field enablement, driving strategic deals, partnering with CSG & prof services, and bringing insights from the field back into the Product organization. This is a hands on role with lots of opportunity to lead by example, own methods in the V2MOM and provide measurable success on a quarterly basis as we continue to evolve the Salesforce AI GTM.
The role is highly cross-functional and requires a candidate that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup like environment, aligning exec stakeholders, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally. This leader is responsible for ACV and pipeline growth, working in strong collaboration with Sales & Solutions COE, Sales, Solutions, Enablement, Marketing, and other products teams. This individual is expected to work with senior level customer stakeholders as a subject matter authority on Salesforce AI across our product suite.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to own & drive parts of the end to end GTM lifecycle which includes: market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap communication, enablement of our field, building a scalable program for strategic customer acquisition, working with our key partners, and driving international needs for support, data residency, and languages.
- Work collaboratively across Product, Sales and Service teams to amplify the value of Salesforce AI to our customers.
- Develop relationships with relevant Product Managers to ensure a good flow of product information to the field and back to PMs with voice of customer.
- Engage with selected key customers, understand their problems and synthesize findings to inform product strategy and requirements
- Build a scalable approach to strategic customer meeting requests, both leading these meetings directly and building an approach to scale how we can bring the right talent to the right meetings.
- Customer engagement
- Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to drive sales and enablement and ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
- Present product and roadmap to customer executives in our world-class Salesforce Innovation Center
- Drive Product Advisory Councils in key regions globally
- Evangelize our roadmap with our customers, partners and employees
- Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define communication, enablement, and messaging
- Synthesize the needs across Industries to build common components that can act as multiplier across different Industries.
- Work closely and cross functionally with teams across the business, tying outcomes to V2MOM
- A thirst for leaning in all facets of the job; be it new technology, diving deep into industry concepts, new ways of working or the suite of salesforce products
Qualifications:
- High energy and passion for the job
- Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite, motivate, and self-direct. Experience in working in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience in marketing technology products
- Equivalent of 10+ years of product management or similar experience.
- Experience working with teams internationally
- Experience with driving strategic Sales engagements
- Deep domain knowledge of customer engagement processes across clouds and/or industries
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles
- Ability to lead with Salesforce values and culture
- Execute with grace under pressure and sense of humor and camaraderie
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds
- Exceptional leadership capabilities. Proven ability to grow, develop, and retain top technical talent.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,000 to $323,400.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
