Salesforce is seeking an experienced, versatile, dynamic, and results-focused marketing professional to support our Field Marketing initiatives in Mexico. This person will be responsible for executing localized marketing efforts with events and campaigns, and will report directly to the Head of Marketing Mexico.
We are looking for a hands-on and execution-oriented profile who is able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pipeline and sales growth. The candidate needs excellent planning, organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with key sales stakeholders and be accountable for results.
Responsibilities:
• Create the plan with the team and execute field marketing events, campaigns and local initiatives.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and executives.
• Support the marketing team in fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Measure and report the impact of marketing activities on pipeline and sales.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing at least 4 years, with a focus on field marketing and campaigns.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to assist in managing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability, enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
