Tableauコミュニティの戦略立案およびプログラム実行を通じて、Tableauコミュニティの健全な成長および活性化を推進します。コミュニティプログラムは、Tableauユーザー同士がつながり、スキルを学び、データ活用におけるインスピレーションを得るためのコンテンツ、経験および製品ジャーニーを提供します。国内外のステークホルダー（グローバルチーム、マーケティング、Tableauセールス等）と密接に連携してコミュニティの成長を推進いただき、Tableauユーザーのカスタマーサクセスに貢献いただきます。
- ユーザーグループやデータスキルなどのコミュニティプログラムを通じてカスタマーサクセスを促進するための統合マーケティング戦略• プランの策定• 実行
- Tableau コミュニティへの企業および教育機関のユーザー参加を促進し、Tableauのファンとなるユーザー層を拡大
- 次世代のデータユーザーを教育• 支援するために大学や教育機関およびプログラムに賛同するパートナー企業と関係構築し、Tableauアカデミックプログラムを効果的に推進
- Tableauコミュニティに参加するユーザーおよびパートナーの窓口としてTableauとしての窓口として、問い合わせやフィードバックに対応するとともに、新規参加メンバーのオンボーディングを支援
- コミュニティメンバーの頼れるアドバイザーとして寄り添い、メンバーの強みを最大限に引き出すことでコミュニティ全体を成功に導くための道筋を戦略的に考える
- 日本のビジネス戦略およびグローバル方針とアラインし、全体のビジネス• マーケティングプランと連携したTableauコミュニティ施策を、グローバルおよび日本の各部門と連携して展開
- KPI/効果測定と継続的な最適化
- Tableauコミュニティの予算管理
必要なスキル• 経験
- 5年以上の日本市場でのマーケティング、既存顧客向けプログラム、コミュニティマーケティング、関連業務における経験
- 顧客やステークホルダーとの関係構築能力とカスタマーサクセス実現へのパッション
- データに基づく分析、効果測定と意思決定のスキル
- データカルチャーの拡大およびTableauコミュニティの成長に対する強いパッションと情熱
- コミュニティとコミュニティリーダーを広く効果的に支援する機会を特定し具体的な施策を立案実行できる能力
- 知的好奇心を持って新しい知識やスキルを学ぶ意欲を持ったセルフスターター
- 日本語および英語における優れたコミュニケーション力
- Tableau製品、コミュニティソフトウェアやHTMLの知識
歓迎するスキル• 経験
- Tableau認定資格取得者（Tableau Desktop Specialist以上）
