The Cloud GTM Strategy and Operations team partners with Salesforce Product executives to drive go-to-market execution, strategic planning, business analysis, and growth across our ever growing product portfolio. We are looking for a Senior Analyst for our Applications & Industries strategy team. This person will support regular reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, build tooling and data infrastructure, produce analysis and support recurring business cadences such as weekly revenue forecasting, monthly and quarterly business reviews. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing detailed analyses with high accuracy, building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and thrive at identifying and summarizing key trends for executives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain tools and infrastructure that can be used by key stakeholders in Product, Marketing and Finance to perform data analyses
- Work closely with executives on day-to-day operations and strategic planning
- Perform thorough and accurate data analysis to support and progress key GTM decisions
- Build executive presentations, helping product leadership to craft the storyline and key messages
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of constant career acceleration, either at a high-growth tech company in a strategic sales/business operations role
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or another quantitative field from a Tier 1 university.
- Ability to perform complex data analyses including using SQL and build automated dashboards in Tableau and toolsets
- Proficient in Tableau, Excel / Google Sheets
- Proficient SQL skills: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- Exposure to Go-To-Market, Business Strategy or Product Strategy assignments
- Executive presence and demonstrated success building positive relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to creatively solve problems with limited resources and input. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to support complex cross-functional processes and projects
