Sales Programs managers are the business partners of sales leaders in driving pipeline by providing data with insights and impactful programs with a robust governance model. At Salesforce we are named 'Chief Pipeline Officers'. The Sales Programs role is an instrumental role within the Sales organisation and features a mix of Demand Generation planning/co-ordination/execution based on Pipeline trending analysis and participation in the sales leadership as a key stakeholder
What will you be doing?
- Participate in Defining Sales Plays/Programs for Quarterly Planning exercise
- Act as a "Content factory" by fueling / maintaining / evolving our Library of sales plays:
- Create / Design new Sales plays from ideas and content available to make sure it can be used by the sales organization and ensure current library is up-to-date
- Support Sales plays performance assessment / tracking to enable prioritization process
- Build Sales Programs Reports & Dashboards
- Build Sales Target Lists and Data Uploads
- Activity & Campaign Creation and Data Updates
- Support Pipeline performance communication to Top Management (Weekly emails...)
- Support the Sales Programs Manager team to create, execute and track programs & activations results
🎓 Who We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements)
- Are graduating in 2026 or 2027 (Master degree)
- "Contrat d'apprentissage" only (please add your rhythm on your résumé)
- Fluent in French & English (oral and written)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach
