You are a Salesforce expert. Whether as a Distinguished Solution Engineer (SE), Technical Architect (TA), or Product Manager (PM) you knows the Salesforce platforms inside and out. You understand Generative AI beyond the buzzwords, and you can speak credibly with CEOs, boards, CIOs, and AI practitioners alike. You thrive at the intersection of AI, CRM, and business transformation and can inspire customers to see the future of AI-powered agents in their organizations.
This role is about scale, influence, and impact. You'll drive the adoption and growth of Agentforce, working closely with product, marketing, and distribution teams to expand our market presence, scale sales, and capture critical customer insights to shape our roadmap.
This is a highly cross-functional, strategic, and customer-facing role, ideal for a leader who can navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and work across global teams in a fast-paced environment.
Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Drive Agentforce revenue and consumption Scale & Growth
Strategic Deal Support: Serve as a trusted AI and CRM business transformation expert, helping customers envision and adopt Agentforce as the agentic layer across CRM and the enterprise.
Executive Influence: Act as an AI executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging directly with CEOs, CIOs, and data science leaders to drive adoption.
Sales & GTM Enablement: Train and support distribution, marketing and enablement teams, with content for them to develop sales plays, and build repeatable, scalable go-to-market strategies.
Customer Engagement & Storytelling: Assemble compelling use cases and customer success stories to showcase Agentforce's impact.
Industry Thought Leadership: Represent Salesforce AI at major industry events and conferences, shaping the conversation around AI and CRM.
What You Bring:
15+ years of experience in Product Management, AI, CRM, or similar roles.
Salesforce product credentialed
Hands-on AI product experience, including ML and Generative AI.
Proven track record of scaling AI-driven products and influencing enterprise customers.
Experience driving strategic sales engagements and enterprise deals.
Startup & high-growth experience's. You know how to move fast, adapt, and scale.
Strong executive presence & communication skills. You can engage C-level leaders and technical practitioners alike.
A technical degree or equivalent experience.
Flexibility. You are comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast paced environment and a multi stakeholder world.
Humility. You are scaling others to be our AI storytellers and sales advocates.
Curiosity. You dive into new insights and ways of working and enjoy bringing your own thoughts and suggestions to the conversation.
Passionate. You love the intersection of building products, deeply understanding customer and market needs, and driving scale through all parts of our organization.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $251,900 to $384,100.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
