セールスフォース• ジャパンの営業組織でソリューションカットで営業活動を行うProduct Specialization部門です。
Service Cloud、Platform、Agentforce、Data Cloud、Slackなど各ソリューションの専門家集団として、各顧客担当の営業組織と協働してビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。

Role Description:
エンタープライズ領域(従業員数2000名以上のお客様)に対して、「Service Cloud」の拡販に注力していただくポジションです。
担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、パートナー様と協調しながら推進します。

Specialist AEとは:
特定アカウントにフォーカスしたエンタープライズ営業(Account Executive)に対して、Specialist AEは製品軸で担当する業界/地域のビジネス成長を実現する営業職(エンドユーザーはエンタープライズ企業)となります。
目の前の商談をCloseするための営業スキルを磨くことはもちろん、Generalistとしての視点でビジネスを進めていく経験ができます。
Salesforceという大きな会社の中でこのような経験ができることは、これまでの営業職とは違った形で皆さんのキャリアアップに大きく貢献できるポジションとなっています。

Your Impact:
お客様にバリューを明確に伝え、 " 顧客とつながる企業 " という未来へのインスピレーションを与え、営業販売を行う能力です。
トラステッドアドバイザーまたはコーチとして、「Service Cloud」とお客様のニーズをマッチングする上で、営業プロセス、CRM、に関する深い専門性を備えた人物像が求められます。

Basic Requirements:
• エンタープライズアプリケーションの営業経験
• 課題解決型の提案営業経験
• ビジネスチャンピオンからCレベルまでを含めた役員クラスのお客様との卓越したカスタマーマネジメント経験
• 目標達成のためのプランニング経験
• 商談発掘手段を立案、実施する経験

Preferred Requirements:
• 口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの優れたスキル
• ITソリューションのエヴァンジェリストとして講演等をした経験
