Description
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Market Data Specialist Account Executive to join our team, focusing on Salesforce's Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) solutions. This role is pivotal in driving customer success by leveraging cutting-edge personalization and data intelligence tools to help businesses deliver meaningful, data-driven marketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Intelligence solutions, including their features, benefits, and use cases.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating how these products can transform their marketing efforts through personalization and data-driven strategies.
Customer Engagement:
- Identify and understand client needs, delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, solution engineers, and customer success teams to develop impactful go-to-market strategies for different industries.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams and partners to create compelling case studies and customer success stories.
- Maintain strong relationships with agency and technology partners to enhance solution offerings and capabilities.
Requirements
- Background in Sales, Pre Sales, or Customer Success experience for Mobile/Web or Marketing Technology with an understanding of current application trends in these spaces is preferred.
- Expertise in data analysis, marketing trends, and multi-channel campaign strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Knowledge of personalization strategies and marketing performance measurement is a plus.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling techniques and experience applying Mobile, Web technology.
- Analytical and data-driven Experience with ability to research accounts, develop a point of view (POV) on the value your technology.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly come up to speed on new cloud apps and tools.
- Up-to-date on digital and application trends, especially in the mobile, marketing data & technology.
- Familiarity with navigating agency and technology partner ecosystems, with a demonstrated ability to leverage partnerships to enhance sales capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
- Background in working with marketing data, agency ecosystems, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Datorama.
- Fluent in Korean with business-level proficiency in English.
