Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring Forbes standards and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve targeted results.
- Model exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
- Hire, train, and develop a diverse workforce.
- Manage scheduling, control labor costs, and impact P&L results.
- Address guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings and manage end-of-month inventory.

Qualifications:
- Preferred: College Degree.
- 2+ years in restaurant management with career progression.
- Proficient in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
