Job Summary: We are looking for a Preventative Maintenance Rooms Engineer to ensure the upkeep of our guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. Responsibilities include performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks such as flipping mattresses, assembling bed frames, vacuuming, spot cleaning, dusting, and repairing minor fixtures. You'll also be responsible for general cleaning of guestroom surfaces and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
- Conduct inspections and repairs, including flipping mattresses, assembling bed frames, and replacing light fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all guest room features and appliances.
- Report maintenance problems and safety hazards to management promptly.
