POSITION OBJECTIVE
Under the supervision of the Director of Loss Prevention, the Loss Prevention & Garage Operations Supervisor is required to train and supervise Security Officers and Garage Technicians. He/She must conduct patrols and surveillance of hotel property, identify irregularities and suspicious activities, react to emergency situation, and follow-up with incidents that occurred on each shift.
He/She must administer ongoing training and development to our Garage Services and Security Teams to ensure al of Hotel Bennett's operating procedures and standards are followed. Conduct surveillance of garage and hotel property to ensure that problems are reported and remedied.

- Assists with scheduling and daily monitoring of payroll for both Security Officers and Garage Technicians
- Knowledge of emergency response to various emergency situations
- Answer phone calls or greet guests/employees in a professional, welcoming manner
- Assigns duties to staff and observes performance to ensure adherence to all policies
- Coaches and counsels staff
- Reply via phone and email to all lost and found inquiries
- Organizes monthly departmental meetings
- Assists other departments when the business levels demands it
- Will oversee the orchestrating of the garage daily
- Is flexible to work all shifts
- Has good organizational skills
- Responsible for departmental recruitment and training
- Conducts tests to ensure that garage and building is secure and alarms are properly set and functioning
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years hotel experience is desirable and a minimum of 2 years in a valet/parking garage and/or security role is preferred
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory role

- While performing the duties this job, the employee is regularly required to; stand, walk, use hands/fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear

- The employee must be able to see differences in widths and length of lines such as those on graphs
