Gold Cup Wine Bar offers a sophisticated ambiance and fabulous setting, perfect for cocktails and delicious fare. We are currently looking for friendly, outgoing Hosts/Hostesses who are passionate about providing excellent service!
Essential Job Functions:
- Accept dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners.
- Assist the manager on duty with station/table arrangements and reservation assignments.
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus.
- Resolve any customer issues as necessary.
- Coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness; check menus for regular updates.
- Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service; review the special of the day if available.
- Assist wait staff with rolling silverware when business demands.
- Thank guests for their visit and welcome them back upon exit.
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education/Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related food and beverage or customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
