What's the job?
The SAP System Analyst designs, delivers and supports IT solutions for the CertainTeed IT ERP centric landscape. This role leverages the best practices within the application and technical landscapes in this regard. The IT System Analyst supports IT projects and initiatives, identifies related technical requirements, and implements them as per the agreed design e.g., data, user experience, architecture, security, quality, sustainability, and operations. Primary responsibilities include performing/coordinating project planning and execution monitoring, risk assessment, solution design, system configuration / development / integration, deployment, and maintenance/support across multiple platforms (on-premises or cloud-based) in a fast-paced environment. This individual works closely with other IT resources and consultants to meet required IT and business objectives.

- Governance - Collaborates with the CTIT BPC team members and IT resources to identify technical initiatives contributing to the general sustainability (scalability, stability, performance, maintainability, cost...) of the IT landscape under his/her umbrella.
- Ongoing production maintenance - Handles support tickets (incidents, change requests, questions, investigations, diagnostic) and documents the resolution in the helpdesk tool.
- Change Management - Ensures the ongoing integrity and availability of the system. Performs application changes as required to fulfill business requirements, in compliance with SOX, SOD and related compliance policies including Cyber Security. Responsible for the technical aspects of change management including implementation or coordination of thereof (configuration, development...), testing (unit + non-regression), documentation, and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's Degree in the field in quantitative discipline required, Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO release 7.1 and up
- Interpret business functional specs and build the interfaces using SAP PI/PO for proper data transfer between SAP, Non-SAP and cloud-based solutions
- Strong expertise in all the standard adapters of PI/PO - IDOC_AAE, SOAP, REST, JDBC, JMS, SFTP, RFC, SOAP, MAIL, FILE adapters and ABAP proxies.
- Strong expertise in building real time REST and SOAP based web services to support business critical applications
- Experience in API based integrations (SAP BTP/CPI or Boomi) is a plus
- Migrate the changes from Development environment to test and production using CTS+
- Build EDI mapping, messages and manage EDI transactions using B2B Add-on in PI/PO. Provide oversight of the EDI processes
- Collaborate with EDI customers for proper set up and distribution of messages
- Ensure industry standards are being followed for documentation on EDI Trading Partner relationships regarding partner integration formats, specifications, versions, and capabilities
- Work with other digital teams to build interfaces between SAP Hybris, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Salesforce.com, Bill Trust and MA TMS solutions
- Good knowledge of ABAP coding and through understanding of BAPI and BADIs
- Experience with SAP Hybris, Bill Trust, MA TMS, Salesforce cloud solutions is a plus
- Experience working with FTPS, SSH, SSL Certificates and PGP encryption is a plus
- Review cyber security standards and ensure all the interfaces follow Saint-Gobain 25 Minimum Application Rules.
- Solid understanding of Cyber Security standards to adopt and implement the security measures
