Process Engineer will enhance and optimize our manufacturing systems, including our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, and equipment controls. Will support our daily manufacturing operations, including creating rework instructions for non-conforming products, overseeing the procurement and maintenance of production tools and workshop equipment, and continually improving and standardizing both new and existing production documentation. The Process Engineer's role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement efforts aimed at boosting efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring precise inventory management.

- Optimizing Manufacturing Systems - Enhance ERP and MES systems. Support equipment control updates to achieve real-time data acquisition. Develop and improve digital processes related to 5S, inventory management, and other manufacturing processes
- Support Daily Manufacturing - Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities, disposition non-conforming product and create rework instructions. Identify and purchase tooling and equipment to support production
- Develop and Standardize Documentation - Develop and improve work order routings, manufacturing work instructions, and product documentation
- Continuous Improvement - Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) projects and continuous improvement initiatives that target safety risk reduction, efficiency, OTIF, and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, required
- 4+ years' experience working in manufacturing, specifically manufacturing processes, required
- 2+ years working with programming and database management, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills, required
The successful candidate will be technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented with good project management skills; will have a good understanding of engineering procedures and Industry 4.0 Technology; and will be proactive to foresee future problems/issues, recommend and implement solutions to solve issues and bring the project back on budget and schedule
