Position Description
Job Summary
The candidate for this position will work from a home office and perform over 80% of the role at the customer's sites guiding and supporting the use of Verifi at all levels of the customer organization. In addition to value extraction and translation, the position is responsible to maintain existing Verifi equipment and ensure slump accuracy of the Verifi measurements. The incumbent should expect a heavy focus on mechanical abilities and will be responsible for all post installation sales and support, maintenance and repair, new system installations and old system removals, on an annual basis of the Verifi systems deployed at a customer plant. The individual will address training (customer, contractor, and agency), operations and system issues either resolving them personally or coordinating their resolution through various partners or corporate resources. Candidate will also perform troubleshooting services to aid customers in resolving issues and help them achieve maximum potential from the Verifi solution. The incumbent should expect to spend approximately 50% of time spent with truck repair and driver interactions. The candidate for this position should expect to have open availability to match the customer's working hours, this will include non-traditional working hours, up to and including weekends. External Responsibilities:• Service existing and prospective accounts in assigned territory in accordance with company's policies and programs.• Analyze customer needs and formulate solutions using all available resources.• To be sensitive to the current individual needs of customers and prospects, and to help them attain their goal through the proper utilization of the company's products and services.• To assist present and prospective customers in adapting company products to their own requirements and specifications.• To offer service and seek out ways to help the customer do a better job.• To understand and administer customer service, in accordance with company policy, in a mutually beneficial manner, to ensure lasting goodwill between the customer and the company.• To provide information to customers on new and current products, pricing, and general order status.• To seek new uses and applications for company products with present and prospective customers.• To maintain and increase sales volume with established accounts and to aggressively seek new customers by implementing planned sales strategies, company marketing programs, and delivering effective customer service.• To be alert to competitive products and marketing practices, and to keep management informed concerning them.• To cooperate and communicate effectively with all personnel in the customer's organization in the execution of programs and policies.• Keep promises and appointments. Exercise courtesy at all times.• To assume the obligations of good citizenship and to participate in worthwhile community activities as a public relations asset to the company.

Required Qualifications

Hybrid Sales Representative Required Skills:• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels within the organization• Exceptional people skills; acuity in reading people and knowing how to make adjustments to communicate effectively• Exceptional time management skills are a must with flexible work hours often required that will include evenings and weekends• Adept at training others; able to distill complex information and present clearly• Hands on Electro-Mechanical aptitude including a broad array of technical knowledge including computer systems configuration, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24 volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principals.• Experience with hand tools, power tools, meters, gauges• Three to five years' experience in field service• Working knowledge of the Ready Mix Concrete industry a plus
