Business Graduate Program

Chicago, IL

RWE-wide
Start date: September 2025
full time

About the role

Over two years, you will participate in four six-month rotations to gain comprehensive exposure to various general business functions. The program begins with a rotation in the United States (likely Chicago). Additionally, you will have the option to complete a rotation either with a commercial function in Singapore or with a business support function in Germany or the UK. Upon completing the graduate program, you are encouraged to explore further career opportunities within the business support areas at any of our U.S. sites.

You'll become part of a vibrant and diverse early careers network that extends far beyond the office you're in. You'll also have a buddy and a mentor to support you and plenty of training courses and seminars to build your knowledge. And your career path will be yours to shape, throughout the programme and beyond. Around 70% of our grads stay on long after their programmes have finished. You'll soon discover why.
